Before gases such as hydrogen, methane, helium and nitrogen are used, legal reviews are required under
the High-Pressure Gas Safety Management Act. Gasroad has technology in various areas applicable
to gas facility construction as a mechanical gas facility construction business, being registered for Class 1 gas facility
construction and manufacturing specific equipment (storage tanks, pressure vessels, vaporizers).

Constructing general production laboratories for high-pressure hydrogen gas
High-pressure gas facility for various researches and tests, which uses a booster to compress gases such as nitrogen, helium and hydrogen and supplies them to the product to test product pressure resistance, performance and so on
  • Prototype is tested by pressurizing it with non-flammable gases such as nitrogen or helium, or hydrogen (H2) boosted by a booster, and a user control program (HMI & GUI) is used via computer
  • The booster receives the test gas, pressurizes it up to 105 MPa, stores it temporarily in a buffer and sends it to the prototype installed in the environmental chamber to run each test
  • Before high-pressure gas is supplied to the prototype, tests can be done in low-temperature and high-temperature environments ranging from -40℃ to 80℃ using a heat exchanger and an environmental chamber

Engine Test Facility (AETF) LNG Supply Manufacturing/Installation/Commissioning
  • The engine test facility is a multi-purpose test facility that performs altitude performance tests using the Direct Connect method based on the engine’s altitude and speed operating conditions, altitude performance tests for the Core Engine and After Burner using the Direct Connect method, Freejet altitude/speed performance tests including the intake duct, and Freejet tests simulating the effects of Angle of Attack in a high-speed, high-altitude flight environment.
  • Gasroad has completed the manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of LNG supply systems, including Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) storage tanks and evaporators (Evaporator)
  • Natural gas is stored in an appropriate storage tank in a liquefied state that meets all relevant regulations and is supplied from this storage tank to necessary components such as facility cooling compressors and heaters at the appropriate pressure and flow rate.
